Our Holiday Content VIP Day Process:
(hint – it involves planning, photography, holiday cheer, and coffee!)
The morning will start out with coffee and discussing your social media marketing strategy. We will consider your goals, what makes your product great, and your customer journey. Using this information, we will develop a social media strategy and shot list.
Next, Laura will create a temporary photography/videography set and photographing products for your holiday marketing. Once the product photography session is over, Laura will work with you to decide which ones are keepers.
Meanwhile, Christine will capture short-form video clips to create reels for your social media marketing calendar as well as create a folder of short-form video clips you can use to DIY reels of your own.
Then Christine will create a holiday social media marketing calendar using the videos and photos. This calendar will last your business until New Year’s Eve. We’ll go through the calendar with you and make any changes/improvements on the spot. Finally, Christine will schedule the posts/videos for you so you can have a worry-free holiday season.

Pre-VIP Day Coordinating Call
Approximately 3-4 days before the VIP Day, we’ll have a quick 30-minute call to discuss the itinerary for the day and other important information.
Morning Marketing Meeting
Great planning equals great results. We’ll bring our equipment and coffee to your office and start our day off with planning your holiday marketing and developing a shot list. Meanwhile, Refresh Product Photos will create a personalized temporary set for capturing the perfect product photography.
Shot List
The shot list will give us a guide for content creation. You’ll have an opportunity to see it before we get started and let us know if there’s anything you would like us to add or change.
25 Product/Person Images
Refresh Product Photo will capture 25 total product and person photos to use in your holiday marketing. These will also be added to a folder for you to use as you wish.
20 Mix and Match Short-Form Video Clips
We will create twenty short-form video clips and place them in a folder for you to use and create your own videos for social media. We will also give you a crash course on how to make these videos.
10 Fully Formed Social Media Videos
Your content calendar will include 10 fully-formed videos you can use on Tik Tok or Instagram.
Holiday Season Social Media Content Calendar
Once we have the images and videos complete, we will create a social media content calendar for you to look over and approve. If any changes are needed, we will make them on the spot. Once the calendar is approved, we will schedule them out for you so you can have a worry-free holiday season.
